Valerie Fuller

Valerie Fuller, also a Colorado State University graduate, received a B.S. in Business and a minor in Spanish. Valerie began her career in accounts receivable at Intermountain Veterinary Supply. Over time her role grew to include payroll, insurance and managing people. After a 15-year break, during which time she raised her four children and was active as a volunteer in a variety of community and church organizations, Valerie began working in accounts payable at The Perfect Setting.  Valerie has worked with Stemper & Associates providing project management and financial services for more than 10 years. She particularly likes working with Interior Designers because it gives her the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks that range from traditional financial accounting and business support to interacting with show rooms, designer resources and preparing client proposals. Valerie and her husband of 33 years have four children and one beautiful granddaughter. When not spending time with her family, Valerie enjoys singing and craft projects.

Beth Kirke

With a B.S. in Communications from the University of Iowa and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, Beth is an experienced pro with demonstrated leadership and a proven track record in relationship management. Her broad expertise in sales, fundraising and integrated marketing communications spans a variety of industries, including financial services, women's designer clothing and community organizations.  She brings her strong detail orientation, excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding client service to her role on the Stemper & Associates team.  Beth, her husband and three children, moved to Denver in 2007 and have loved every minute of the Colorado lifestyle.  In addition to hanging out with three busy teenagers; skiing, hiking, cycling and being outside in the sunshine top her list of favorite things to do. Reading, travel and frequent trips to the theater are also passions when time permits.

Stasia Willock
Stasia graduated from Colorado State University’s Apparel and Merchandising program and began her career in the buying offices of Neiman Marcus. After two years in Dallas, she came back to Denver as a Neiman’s department manager and later went on to manage a national department store. Ready to take her weekends and holidays back, Stasia earned a M.S. in Computer Information Technology and shifted careers to become a systems analyst for Jackson, a financial services company. After spending time raising two children, Stasia joined Stemper & Associates in 2011.  Her current role offers a unique opportunity to combine and apply her purchasing, computer and organizational backgrounds. She particularly enjoys helping her clients truly understand the financials of their business, identifying efficiencies to increase profitability and cultivating vendor relationships.  When she is not at the computer or chauffeuring her children, Stasia enjoys the great outdoors of Colorado, cooking (with wine!), photography and travel.

Monique Stemper
Since 2002 Monique has specialized in supporting interior designers by providing unparalleled financial and business consulting services. Through her relationship with Studio Webware, she has collaborated with interior designers in Colorado and beyond who are serious about building a financially profitable design business.  With an eye for detail, an expertise in accounting and a commitment to excellent service, Monique helps designers spend less time on paperwork and more on what they love – design.  Monique received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Colorado State University and a MBA from the University of Denver.  She began her career in systems and corporate finance, first at Accenture and then Kraft Foods. Monique founded Stemper & Associates, Inc., with a goal of merging her systems and finance expertise with her personal interest in interior design. It’s been a winning combination for 13 years. Monique is a devoted mother of two amazing girls and a wife to Jeff, who loves spending time with family best. An avid reader, with a new found interest in travel, Monique has spent the majority of her life in Colorado.

Susan Montag

A Colorado State University graduate, Susan received a B.A. in Social Sciences, with minors in Human Development, Anthropology and Journalism. She began her professional career working in a variety of accounting and bookkeeping roles for companies in industries ranging from oil and gas, healthcare and government to software development and services. Most recently, she worked for Rivet Software, a Denver-based organization that helps public companies comply with financial reporting requirements. Active in the community, Susan has held leadership and volunteer positions with school organizations and the National Charity League for many years. Susan brings her technical accounting expertise and a lifelong passion for interior design to the Stemper & Associates team. Her personalized client service approach is enriched by her strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. A Colorado native, Susan loves the outdoors, cooking, travel, watching family sporting events and volunteering. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
